This Privacy Policy explains how Mobily.io ("Mobily," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you visit mobily.io, submit a project inquiry, or contact us. It applies to this website and does not replace any privacy terms in a separate written client agreement.
1. Information we collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Information you provide. The project inquiry form may collect your name, email address, company or brand, website, project type, timeline, budget range, primary goal, and project details. We also collect information you choose to send by email or during later project discussions.
- Basic technical information. Our hosting, security, and form-delivery providers may process information such as your IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, referring page, and request timestamps to deliver and protect the website.
- Theme preference. If you change the site's color theme, the site stores that preference in your browser's local storage so it can be remembered on later visits.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- review and respond to project inquiries;
- assess project fit, scope, timing, and requested services;
- prepare proposals and communicate about potential or active work;
- operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website;
- prevent spam, fraud, abuse, and technical problems; and
- comply with applicable law and protect our rights.
We do not use the website for cross-site behavioral advertising, and we do not sell personal information for money.
3. How information is shared
We may share information with service providers only as reasonably necessary to operate the website and respond to you. These providers include website hosting, security, email, and form-delivery services.
The contact form is delivered through FormSubmit. Form submissions are transmitted to us by email, and FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions for 30 days. You can review the FormSubmit Privacy Policy.
The site loads typefaces through the Google Fonts Web API. When a page loads, your browser requests font resources from Google, which may receive your IP address, the requested URL, and HTTP headers such as browser information and the referring page. Google states that Google Fonts does not set or log cookies and does not use this information for end-user profiling or targeted advertising. See Google Fonts privacy and data collection.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the security or rights of Mobily or others, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of all or part of the business.
4. Cookies and local storage
Mobily.io does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. The site uses browser local storage only to remember your light or dark theme preference. You can remove this preference through your browser's site-data controls. Third-party services may have their own data practices as described above.
5. Data retention
We retain inquiries and related communications for as long as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate or perform a project, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary with the nature of the information and the relationship. FormSubmit separately states that it retains form submissions for 30 days.
6. Your choices and privacy rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it for a particular purpose. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional rights. Email info@mobily.io to make a request. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when the law permits or requires it.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No website, email transmission, or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not submit passwords, government identifiers, payment-card details, health information, or other highly sensitive information through the project inquiry form.
8. International processing
Mobily and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate measures for cross-border processing.
9. Children's privacy
This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the website, our services, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date. Your continued use of the website after an update means the revised policy applies to later interactions.
